Components for the Transformation towards a Sustainable Food System

Policy recommendations for action from the STErn project compiled in a brochure

Objectives and indicators are outlined for each key topic of the STErn project - more plant-based diet, further development of organic agriculture and ecological food management, regionalization. Overlaps between the project's key topics are identified and recommendations for action are compiled in such a way that cross-thematic links can be identified and, in some places, a concerted implementation of proposed measures can be outlined. The brochure contains an interactive overview graphic of all recommendations for action (a total of 39 proposed measures) and the time frame in which these should be implemented.
